01 / 09The problem

Rental marketplaces run on anonymous classifieds: cluttered listings, no accountability, and a search box that knows nothing about whether two people could actually live together.

02 / 09My role

  • Built the mobile app in FlutterFlow on a Supabase backend (auth, database, storage, edge functions, RLS)
  • Implemented the compatibility matching and four role-specific onboarding flows
  • Built chat, tour scheduling and the post-tour deal flow
  • Integrated Cardcom payments, FCM push, SMS verification, email and WhatsApp
  • Shipped English, Hebrew (native RTL) and Russian
03 / 09Matching

Each role gets its own onboarding flow and data model. A match score sits above every card, so the ranking is the interface rather than a filter you have to configure.

04 / 09Transaction

Once a match opens, the first message is a structured property card with inline actions to approve a tour or suggest another time. Tours persist to a diary; after the scheduled time, both sides are asked whether the deal closed, and a closed deal writes a transaction summary and schedules rent-due and contract reminders automatically.

Owners and agents list a property in three steps. They get 5 free connections on signup, then buy top-up packs billed through Cardcom.

Hebrew renders as a genuinely mirrored right-to-left layout (nav order, logo position and content flow all flip), alongside English and Russian, across the app, the website and the admin dashboard.
