Corporate legal teams review every third-party contract by hand against standards that live in people's heads or scattered documents. It's slow, inconsistent, and a privileged note can leak in a forwarded export.
- Built the data model for contracts, standards, findings and escalations
- Built the scoring and findings workflow and its API integrations
- Implemented three roles with MFA and privilege-aware exports
- Implemented the product UI from the team's Figma designs
Every finding shows severity, a confidence percentage and three views: standard versus draft, a suggested redline ready to paste, and the deal-context impact. A portfolio dashboard rolls this up across all contracts: risk distribution by band, monthly trends, average review time.

Contracts above a risk threshold escalate into a queue with priority, reason, assignee and due date. The highest-risk contracts carry a Hard Stop flag that blocks approval until attorney review clears it.
The Standards Library is the source of truth each contract is measured against. Three roles (Super Admin, Attorney/Counsel, Contract Manager) sign up with MFA. Notes can be marked as privileged attorney-client communication, and exports come in two modes, Internal and Share-Safe, so a privileged note never leaves the company by accident.
